-Legal and personal business advice by office managers on duty during normal business hours.

-Agent marketing/service support by OwnerLand marketing department.

-Detailed broker instructions and company operating guidelines in agent virtual office.

OwnerLand Business Process

•File Submission:

– Agents need to upload the required file package into the agent virtual office (Wolf Connect Program) and notify

their office manager within 72 business hours when “Listing File”, “Pending File” and “Closing File” has been created.

– OwnerLand Realty provides all required contracts & forms from “Agent Virtual Office” on our website.

•Agent Training: OwnerLand Realty provide the training videos from “Agent Training” on our website.

– The CE credit classes will be offered periodically.

•Earnest Money and Commission Check Handling:

– Agent deposits the company’s EM and commission checks to any Huntington Bank branch office after each pending/closing transaction.

– OwnerLand Realty will direct deposit agent’s commission into the agent’s personal bank account within 48 business hours

after a completed closing file is uploaded and approved.

-Wolf Connect program allows agents to upload, manage and save all their individual transactions in the cloud.

Does the low overhead mean that OwnerLand Realty doesn’t have an office?

No. We have our corporate office in Tri-County Cincinnati OH and we also have our West Side OH office and West Chester OH office in the greater Cincinnati area with conference & agent working stations. We also have offices in Dayton OH, Columbus OH and Cleveland OH, and Northern KY. What we save is we do not provide a physical cubic for each of our agents but our agents are always welcome to our offices and work at the agent stations there. Our virtual office concept allows our agents to have their own professional office anywhere they are as long as they have a laptop with an internet connection.

Does OwnerLand Realty offer agents support and agent marketing help?

Yes. Our experienced management team is always available to assist agents. Agents can come into the office and talk with the managers any time during regular business hours and even have the managers’ mobile numbers and can contact managers by phone or text on evenings and weekends. We have a big marketing department located at our corporate office that helps our agents with ALL of their marketing needs.

Are there any hidden fees with OwnerLand Realty?
