 OwnerLand Realty Managers:

Submit this form when your office agent notify you for one of the reports below:

1) Newly reported pending file  shows that OwnerLand Realty hold the EM check;

2) Newly reported complete closing file;

3) Newly reported listing file which requests a flat fee payment to your agent;

4) A referral check received that needs to pay your agent;

5) Other payment request.
