Attention To Listing Agents:

1. Upload the complete listing package into your Transaction Desk account
2. Go to our website “Virtual Office” – “Agent File Submit” – “Your Office” notify your office manager to approve your listing files
3. Upload your own listings into MLS:

• Contract Forms: OwnerLand Realty use the NKY board/MLS approved contract forms that agents can access in their MLS account under “Resources” then choose Instanet.
• Important Message: It is the agent’s responsibility to upload the listing agreement into your listing and check the proper option box (for the right access level) within 72 hours of the new listing has been entered. A fine will be assessed if not compliance with MLS regulations and Photo Rules.
