                                                             BROKER INSTRUCTIONS

               Upload Listing File Summary                              

               Upload Transaction (Pending/Closing) File Summary

              1) Login To Your Account: After you receive Wolf Connect welcome e-mail just follow the instructions.

                    System will let you set your password on your first attempt.

              2) Add Transaction: DO NOT manually input information sheet when “Add” new pending transaction for

                    your own listing. Look for your transaction address or MLS number instead.

              3) Terminologies on Transaction Information Sheet:

                   * “Offer Date” in this program means “Pending Date”.

                   * “Closing Date” means the date your commission check has been issued.

                   * “Agent Gross Commission”means OwnerLand gross commission.

                   * Definition For Transaction Classification:

                       Credit-Listing/Selling/Dual: You pay our standard ($390-$150-$90) commission plan for this transaction.

                       None Credit-Listing/Selling/Dual: You pay a special percentage split commission plan for this transaction.

             4) Upload Files: DO NOT simply put the whole file package under any single requirement.

                  The right way to do this is a simple two-step process:

                  A. Upload the complete file package into your clip board;

                  B. Transfer (drag) the appropriate file pages into each requirement category.

                  Note: Choose “Add Item” or “Remove Item” to change the file requirements if applicable.

             5) Notice For Manager: Always go to “Agent Virtual Office” – “Agent File Submit” and send the notice to manager

                   after complete uploading your listing/pending/closing file package in Wolf Connect.

             6) System Notice For You:

                  A. Overdue Document(s): A reminder file(s) need to be uploaded or file requirement(s) need to be removed.

                  B. Document Rejected: Done by your manager, additional information needed for your transaction.

                  C. E.F.T Payment: Commission will hit your bank account 24 business hours after you receive this notice.

             7) Reports: Go to “Transaction”, “report icon” to see your Earnings/Production reports.

             8) Dual Agent Access: If both buyer and seller’s agents are OwnerLand agents each agent is reqyired to upload

                  each set of file requirements into Wolf system separately .
